So lately I have been trying to hold off on shopping of any kind until the big thrifitng event and that’s got me growing a little restless.
It’s not like I have a shopping addiction (okay maybe I have a small one) but I just like to get out of the house and I really enjoy looking at home decor displays. Yesterday I decided to move some lamps and plants around to freshen up the room when I came across my old plant stand. Again, this is another one of my mother’s gifts and while I love the functionality, cream metal and wicker aren’t really my thing.
Very beige.
If you don’t already know, I love my silver spray paint. I first used it to repaint an old mirror and now I am kind of obsessed. It is just the easiest way to give something new life. It’s not like you guys need a tutorial on how to spray paint, but I just love how simple it is to make a transformation, and it only takes 10 minutes.

It’s so crazy how much nicer that looks! Maybe I am just crazy from all this spray paint, but I really like it. I am thinking putting it next to the big comfy “reading chair” with a small stack of books on top.

While I was out there I also decided to spray paint some hooks for the typography themed bathroom.
Silver letters.
The bathroom is nearly complete now, so I’ll do a full bathroom tour soon and very soon. Get excited!
